Telemental health support for students

We partner with Cartwheel, a virtual mental health provider, so that students and families can:

  • See a licensed therapist or psychiatrist with no waitlist, within a matter of days
  • Join telehealth sessions from 8am to 8pm, whenever is most convenient
  • Access care in several languages, including English, Spanish, and others

Families are often the first to recognize when their child might benefit from mental health support, so we wanted to make it easy for you to access these services. If you want to learn more or sign up, visit www.cartwheel.org/families.

Please note:

  • Individual therapy sessions are available for grades 9-12
  • Parent guidance sessions are available and are meant to help parents with strategies for supporting their child
  • Cartwheel is completely free for families who have Medicaid and is an in-network provider for families with private insurance (some may have a copay)

Please reach out to your student's School counselor for more information!
