Welcome to Lebanon High School!
We’re so glad you’re here. Whether you’re new to the Lebanon community or transferring from another school, we’re excited to help you get started. This page will walk you through the enrollment process at LHS and outline the documents you’ll need along the way.
Our goal is to make joining our school community as simple and welcoming as possible. We’re here to help every step of the way!

What You’ll Need to Enroll
Whether you choose to register online or in person at the school, you’ll need to have the following documents ready to complete the enrollment process:

Your child’s birth certificate

Two proofs of residency from within the last 30 days
(Examples: a utility bill, rental agreement, or mortgage statement) -
An up-to-date immunization record
Students must meet the immunization requirements set by the NH Department of Health and Human Services. -
A recent physical exam from within the last 12 months

If applicable: A copy of your full Custody/Parenting Plan (for divorced or separated parents)

Already have a Lebanon School District Alma account?
Be sure to have your login information handy when registering.
How to Get Started
- Navigate to Alma Start below. Sign in or create an account.
- Complete the digital enrollment forms and upload any requested documents.
- Reach out to our counseling office at (603) 448-2055 ext. 2006 to schedule your visit and complete any required screenings.
