LHS Class of 2017: Important dates

Updated February 8th, 2017

Believe it not, the final semester of high school has begun and with that, planning for senior events is underway.

Senior Trip

Last Friday we presented two options for the senior class trip. Please make sure you look at the two location websites so you can cast your vote during advisory this Friday, February 10, 2017.  Cruise on Boston Harbour and Six Flags New England. Both are great choices, and it is up to the Class of 2017 to make a decision.

Prom 2017 - May 13, 2017

This year’s theme is Diamond Gala and will be held at the Fireside Inn from 7pm-10pm. Tickets will go on sale Wednesday April 12, 2017.  They will be $45.00 from April 12, 2017-April 28, $50.00 from April 29 to May 5, and then $55.00 May 6, 2017 to May 12. Again this year, we will have a grand march at 6:00pm at the high school prior to prom so everyone can see how great the students look and take photographs.

Senior Dues

We still have about 46% of the senior class that has not paid their dues. If you/your student has not paid dues, please do so IMMEDIATELY!!!  The annual dues are $25.00 and the checks should be made out to LEBANON SCHOOL DISTRICT.   You can mail them to Lebanon High School c/o Cindy McCarthy, 195 Hanover Street, Lebanon,  NH, 03766  or students can bring them into either of us in room 215B.

Alumni Day Parade

The Senior Class of 2017 has been invited to participate in the Alumni Day Parade on June 10, 2017  This year a truck and flatbed along with a generator for music have been donated by Jewell Trucking. The theme for Alumni day is, “Something from 1952”  -- a show - a  movie  -- a game --use your imagination. If  interested please contact Wendi or Adam Jewell  at

The Class of 2008 took 2nd place their senior year and no graduating class has won anything since then. They have now challenged your class to take their title away from them.  Let’s do it!!!
